Shoe Technician

For new opening in Tuscany, we're searching for a Cobbler, a talent person, who enjoys being customer facing and has a passion for creativity and restoration.

Main Responsibilities:

Carry out all cobbler services on shoes and handbags including repairs, reparation, heel swaps, and certain custom bespoke services;

Promote products and services on the sales floor by identifying our customer's needs

Advise customers on the collection and in-store cobbler services

Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers

Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines

Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge

Additional

Skills:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Experience in Retail or other customer service industry preferred

Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional

Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills

Strong team player
