* What You’ll Do:

** As a Sales Associate, you will:
* Provide exceptional customer service by developing detailed knowledge of the product
* Build, develop, and maintain your own client database ensuring customer trust and loyalty, demonstrating the luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo in every step of the way
* Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating problems, developing solutions alongside the store management
* Support the store operations, such as stock replenishment and organization, VM standards in store, product feedback, and support the team in stock takes
* Participate in and present Jimmy Choo during promotional events and other activities
* Have the opportunity to contribute ideas and suggestions that will support the Store’s performance
