Other tasks are:
Lead the crew through positive, inclusive leadership, empowering team members to perform at their best by valuing diverse strengths, perspectives, and experiences.
Operate Air Dolomiti aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards for our guests.
Prepare and conduct flights in accordance with Air Dolomiti’s operational directives.
Actively cooperate with the crew, ground staff, and air traffic control.
Continuously maintain and further develop your professional skills.
Always act responsibly and in a sustainable manner.
Be motivated to actively contribute to the development of Air Dolomiti and its corporate culture, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Requirements
In addition to your strong decision-making skills and ability to lead and work within a team, you will bring the motivation and professionalism expected from an experienced Captain.
EASA ATPL (A) License
Minimum of 5,000 flight hours in airline operations
Minimum of 1,500 flight hours as a Captain in airline operations
Good knowledge of English (ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency)
Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
EU citizenship or unlimited residence and work permit
Passport with unlimited validity (if not an EU passport, it must not entail stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport)
Strong leadership and teamwork skill
Selection follows Air Dolomiti standards. Recognition of Lufthansa Group selection processes may be considered. Travel expenses for attending the selection process will be reimbursed up to a maximum amount.
