- Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
- Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date
- Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed
- Curate an inviting environment:
Ensure our Market Center always looks its best, maintaining cleanliness and appeal in high-traffic areas - Manage our KW Cafe experience:
Keep our cafe stocked, tidy, and brewing fresh coffee, enhancing our real estate agents’ and guests’ daily experience - Support our training and events:
Assist with the coordination and execution of valuable training sessions and exciting special events. Includes working with vendors to obtain sponsor ships for breakfasts and lunches - Facilitate meaningful connections:
Coordinate the ordering and delivery of thoughtful gifts for life events and recruiting efforts - Deliver unparalleled 5-star service:
Be the warm, welcoming voice and face of our Market Center, ensuring every interaction is exceptional - Be the communication hub:
Expertly manage incoming calls and transfers
- Well‑versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
- 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
- Displays impeccable interpersonal, time‑management, organizational, and customer service skills
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
- Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
