We provide on-site portable dentistry, podiatry, audiology, and optometry to Senior Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Veteran Homes across 20+ states, and we continue to grow. Our care model is designed to remove administrative and logistical burdens so providers can focus entirely on patient care.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Dentist to join our mobile care team in Florence, KY
. This role is ideal for a dentist looking to supplement their current schedule while making a meaningful impact in senior and underserved communities.
CMC manages all equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics. This is a 1099 independent contractor position
, allowing you to practice dentistry without the overhead or administrative demands of a traditional office.

• Provide routine dental exams, cleanings, extractions, and basic restorative procedures
• Diagnose and manage oral health conditions commonly seen in geriatric patients
• Educate patients and facility staff on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Ensure patient comfort and safety in a facility-based care environment

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active Kentucky dental license
• Experience in Geriatric, Long-term Care, or Mobile Dentistry (Preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to various care settings

1–2 days per month
Weekday availability preferred
Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
