• Collaborate with the ECE Lead and caregivers to plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with individualized goals and high‑scope curriculum.
• Create and maintain appropriate room arrangements, learning centers, and consistent routines/schedules.
• Guide children’s developmental growth through play, sensory experiences, fine/gross motor activities, music/art, and language/communication activities, documenting progress weekly.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely (attendance, goals, service notes, reports, incident reports, food‑service forms).
• Implement behavior management programs as directed.
• Attend assigned meetings.
• Assist with shared duties: snack/meals preparation and cleanup, laundry, cleaning of toys and furniture.
• Educate, instruct, and train parents/guardians and other caregivers on children’s developmental needs and daily care.
• Communicate progress and encourage caregiver input on learning objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma
• Experience working with children with special health care needs.
• Drug‑free workplace.
