Position SummaryThe Business Partner, Finance provides support and manages resources across different regions, including financial reporting and control, income management, debt management, submitting invoices for payment for Accounts Payable and accurately billing clients for services rendered. This partner also oversees the functions performed by the Accounting Assistant, Financial Analysts, and other assigned financial staff.

- Develop financial strategies: analyze revenue, expenses, investments, and risks to create a financial strategy.
- Perform analytical reviews of financial information to identify trends/opportunities and recommend improvements to drive cost efficiencies balanced with operational needs.
- Work with operations to develop budgets and forecasts for financial performance.
- Create forecasts using historical data, report actual results, and provide analysis versus plan. Assist with cost budgets, quarterly forecasts, and other financial planning activities.
- Prepare reports to explain financial recommendations to senior management, including accurate and timely internal financial reporting and analysis.
- Publish periodic financial reports (e.g., accounts payable, freight and consumable metrics) to provide visibility to department owners and leadership.
- Help set financial goals and create a roadmap to achieve them, including participation in special projects, process improvement, financial tools development, and implementation.
- Support internal and external audits, manage KPIs, and track strategic initiatives.
- Manage and develop assigned resources: plan and organize workload, ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting, ensure swift payment of invoices, and maintain accuracy of cost and expense records.
- Coordinate the accounts payable process, including vendor invoice tracking and revenue accruals.
- Perform month‑end close responsibilities: journal entries, corporate submissions, expense management, and budgetary support for cost centers.
- Prepare month‑end journal entries focused on cost accruals, complete the monthly Client Profitability Model, and attend required meetings, documenting and distributing minutes.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and securely.
- Create and disseminate communications and reports and assist with development of presentations.
- Effectively communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, and others on behalf of site management.
- Identify opportunities for operational asset optimization, producing cost quotes, strategic business cases, risk assessments, and other ad‑hoc analyses.
- Schedule and meet with vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Performance management of Accounting Assistant and Financial Analysts and other assigned financial staff.
- Training and development of team members.
- Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 5 years of accounting, FP&A, or finance experience with at least 3 years supervising direct reports. - Computer
Skills:
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP). - Language:
English (reading, writing, verbal). - Mathematical

Strong math skills emphasizing financial and accounting applications with attention to detail. - Other

25% travel within the United States.
