• Provide solutions for HR needs, compensation and incentive plans, new‑hire orientation, recruitment, performance appraisal systems, employee relations, handbooks, job descriptions, local and country compliance, training and policy development.
• Evaluate client needs and build and maintain strong client relationships to help customers achieve their business strategies.
• Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS system records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Support hiring activities, including posting jobs, screening and hiring candidates.
• Communicate company policies and support leadership in enforcing them.
• Assist in resolving associate‑relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary.
• Research employment laws and HR policies and communicate findings to the client.
• Create and support employee engagement activities within budget.
• Support Open Enrollment and payroll processing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and at least 3 years’ HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Comfortable working in warehouse temperatures ranging from mild to moderate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Recognized HR professional certification is a plus.
• Fluency in the local language.

Occasionally handling/fingering and sitting; frequently bending; constantly walking and standing. Ability to lift 21‒50 pounds and reach above shoulder, squat or kneel. Noise level is usually low to moderate. Exposure to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals is rarely present.
