The ATM Testing Developer is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective is to lead application systems analysis and programming activities.

• Collaborate with Technology partners and cross‑functional teams to establish agreements for comprehensive end‑to‑end test coverage during the SIT/UAT testing planning phase for ATM Testing.
• Serve as SME lead for the ATM application, developing test design, scenario development, test data management, test execution, and test results analysis, ensuring timely completion of SIT/UAT testing.
• Resolve high‑impact problems through in‑depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
• Provide application programming expertise, ensuring design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow to develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how business areas, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals.
• Analyze issues and develop innovative solutions with interpretive thinking.
• Coach mid‑level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk and demonstrate consideration for the firm’s reputation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

• 6‑10 years of relevant experience in apps development or systems analysis.
• Experience with automation in Java, Python, Selenium, test frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).
• Proven experience in ATM, SWITCH, cards and payments, with strong understanding of ATM protocols, networks, and transaction processing.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
