• Responsible for timely and complete communications between corporate IT team and all property IT staff.
• Maintains and supports all property-wide user-based computer applications, upgrades, and security.
• Ensures computing systems operate in compliance with regulatory environments.
• Captures, deploys standardized workstation configurations, and maintains PCs to current configuration levels.
• Provides support to users in system and software administration and usage.
• Communicates and coordinates maintenance schedules, backups, and downtime to users.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

• Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Have 1–3 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience with gaming system software applications;
  Aristocrat Oasis gaming application experience a plus.
• Experience with general Windows and SQL Server functionality, operations, and security.
• Experience understanding the major business processes within gaming.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain gaming license(s) in jurisdictions where required.

• Manage multiple requests and prioritize appropriately.
• Attention to detail and prompt follow‑up.
• Support a 24/7/365 information systems environment.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
