Crossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church with locations in Ohio and Kentucky, and an online presence serving thousands of people. Job SummaryThe Kids' Club Age Group Leader will lead specific areas and teams in Kids' Club, working with the KC Director to ensure movement in the same direction and vision. Responsibilities include leading all aspects of specific areas and teams, including physical environment, execution of weekend experiences, volunteers, communication, weekday administration, and more.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities- Identify key volunteer leaders, build into them, and challenge them to grow spiritually and in their leadership role.
- Recruit new volunteers and provide training and encouragement.
- Execute curriculum goals for specific age groups as determined by the KC Site Support Team.
- Lead training sessions for volunteers and connect with volunteer teams during the weekend experience.
- Implement policies and procedures as determined by KC Site/Site Support.
- Deliver feedback to the KC Site Director and Site Support concerning experiences, policies, and execution of Kids' Club/Crossroads vision.
- Strong leadership skills.

- Some experience in early childhood, either professionally or in a volunteer capacity.

- Must commit to expectations detailed in the Child Protection Policy.
- Must be able to work in common office conditions.
- Must be able to walk up to 3 miles and lift 25-50lbs.
- Must be willing and able to work most weekends, including holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
