As Regional Manager - Central, you will oversee all Energy Company business functions across the Central United States including Texas, Illinois, Ohio, and Michigan. You are responsible for the overall health and performance of the region, ensuring operational excellence, partner performance, and customer satisfaction. You will monitor regional KPIs, identify and resolve issues impacting project timelines, and coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to drive regional success.
REQUIREMENTS- 5+ years operations or general management experience
- Experience managing multi-state or regional operations
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
- Proven ability to drive KPIs and operational excellence
- Experience with partner/vendor management
- Solar or renewable energy industry experience strongly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree required
- Willingness to travel within region as needed
