* ** Precision Setup:
** Set up CNC machines or cells of machines according to instructions or established practices, ensuring the use of proper tools and setup sheets.
* ** Maintain Excellence:
** Make checks, adjust tools, and program parameters to maintain proper dimensions, coolant, and lubrication levels.
* ** Interpret and Execute:
** Read and interpret complex oral, written, and visual instructions for machine setup.
* ** Quality Assurance:
** Obtain first piece inspection for runs exceeding three pieces and approve setups based on measurements made at the cell.
* ** Report and Resolve:
** Report equipment malfunctions, material discrepancies, and unusual conditions to the supervisor.
* ** Continuous Learning:
** Complete all relevant training provided by Power Transmission Solutions.
* ** Safety and Cleanliness:
** Maintain a safe and clean work area, adhering to all safety procedures.

** Promote team concepts and train new employees.

** Understand and adhere to all relevant ISO 9001 QOPs and API 671 guidelines.

Skills:

* ** Instruction Interpretation:
** Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out job instructions.
* ** Mathematical Proficiency:
** Proficiency in arithmetic, decimals, and fractions. Interpret precision measurements and dimensional gaging.
* ** Technical Expertise:
** Experience with complex products, CNC machines, and programming. Ability to work with processes such as heat treatment, gear cutting, grinding, and complex turning and milling utilizing multiple machine axes.

** Must be able to lift, move, and manipulate up to 35 lbs.

** Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods.
