Machine Operator I- 1st Shift – Schwan's Company

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour. Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. – 6 a.m.

Shift: 1st

• Set up and pre‑run equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Control line speeds, batch formulas, and production rates; start and stop equipment; maintain product appearance and safety.
• Complete various quality checks.
• Record required paperwork (e.g., downtime, HACCP) using SAP, SOPs, and safety procedures.

• High school diploma or GED; 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Comfortable with physical labor in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods in varying temperature conditions.
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts as needed.
