Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour

Shift Differential: Additional $1.50 per hour (x pm – x am)

• High School Diploma or equivalent and typically 1 – 3 years of related experience
• Team player who interacts professionally with co‑workers and assists with training of new members
• High energy and positive attitude; always curious and interested in learning
• Speak up and recommend areas for improvement or efficiency; advocate for safety
• Basic computer knowledge of MS Office Suite, Outlook, and skill in generating data from electronic general ledger systems (SAP)
• Ability to write routine reports and apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Must be able to operate scale, postage meter, and other office equipment; must know mailing procedures (C.O.D., next‑day air, 2nd‑day air, etc.) and regularly handle packages weighing up to 34 lbs.

• Take and fill orders for materials and reconcile material inventory, auditing, adjustments, and monitoring
• Receive orders for materials by phone, Outlook, and/or inter‑office from other departments
• Ensure inventory quantities balance with SAP; identify transactions when the system is out of balance and notify warehouse of discrepancies
• Package orders and route them promptly; handle shipment of special mailings, new promotional items, and packages for other departments as directed
• Maintain accurate records of what is mailed and where for possible tracing
• Create accurate bar‑code tags and provide material tracing of goods issued to the order in real time
• Assist with audits of manufacturing paperwork with SAP and notify management and line personnel on discrepancies
• Audit packaging storage locations for actual inventory
• Keep inventory of forms and P.O.P.; order when necessary or contact the department responsible for reordering
• Assist in SAP training, understanding, upgrades, and functionality
• Other duties as assigned
