Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
* Night

Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
* Position typically starts on night shift
* Weekend work (Saturday & Sunday) required
* Mandatory overtime is a condition of employment
* Overtime paid at 1.5x for all hours over 40/week

** Job Responsibilities
*** This is a hands-on utility role supporting production and maintenance teams across the plant.
* You’ll observe, learn, and perform a wide variety of tasks, often serving as a re1ief or backup operator while gaining experience.
* Assist with production and maintenance tasks throughout the plant
* Operate or attend auxiliary production equipment, including:  + Brushing machines  + Die cast machines  + Dinking tools  + Material regrind equipment
* Help prepare, stage, and deliver process supplies
* Learn and perform forklift operation duties as needed
* Support plant operations through additional assigned tasks and basic clerical work
* Follow all safety procedures and work under the direction of experienced team members
** Qualifications
* ** Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days or nights)
* Willingness to work weekends and mandatory overtime
* High school diploma or GED required
* Prior sit-down forklift experience preferred, but not required
* Ability to work under close supervision and follow safety protocols
* Strong reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn
