Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Hybrid Position

Salary Range: $72,000 - $80,000 (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

This mid-level role combines content strategy, social media execution, community engagement, performance analysis, and digital platform management. The ideal candidate can manage multiple brands, collaborate with creative and marketing teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and stay current on evolving social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with each brand’s identity and business goals.

Manage content calendars, plan campaigns, write copy, and coordinate the creation and publishing of engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and other relevant platforms.

Maintain consistent brand voices while identifying relevant trends, platform updates, and opportunities to improve content performance.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries, aiming for a response within 24 hours.

Maintain a positive brand presence and appropriately escalates sensitive customer concerns or reputational issues.

Manage assigned eLead Lite accounts and workflows, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Troubleshoot platform issues, account access, publishing errors, and other technical challenges, escalating when needed.

Stay informed about platform updates, technical changes, and new features that may affect our brands or franchisees.

Monitor social media performance, including reach, engagement, audience growth, and referral traffic.

Provide regular performance insights and actionable recommendations to improve content and campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with the Kreative, Video, and Marketing teams to coordinate content production, deadlines, and campaigns.

Assist franchisees with relevant social media and digital platform setup, access, troubleshooting, and education.

Support marketing education at Roll Brands University and contribute to other brand and campaign initiatives as needed.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve social media workflows

Maintain accurate account access, platform configurations, and process documentation.

Continuously develop knowledge of social media tools, digital marketing technology, and industry best practices.

A successful Social Media Manager will do more than keep our social calendars full. They will:

Own the day-to-day social media presence for all three brands.

Balance creative execution with performance analysis and strategic thinking.

Keep accounts and assigned workflows accurate, functional, and organized.

Stay ahead of relevant platform changes and help the team understand their implications.

Identify and troubleshoot issues instead of waiting for someone else to flag them.

Coordinate effectively with the Kreative, Video, and Marketing teams to keep production moving.

Provide useful insights that help improve content and campaign performance.

Deliver dependable support to franchisees and internal partners.

Standard working hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET.

Periodic travel to our Florence, KY headquarters is required for pre-planned meetings, company events, and other business initiatives.
