HIPPY home visitors offer parents support, training, and materials so they can engage in effective, developmental, and fun activities with their children in the comfort of their own homes.

• Maintain a full caseload while providing weekly home visitation.
• Develop positive communication with parents and encourage parent involvement in the program.
• Implement HIPPY curriculum.
• Document services.
• Provide resources and referrals to families.
• Demonstrate cultural competency and commitment to diversity, racial equity, and inclusion.

• Knowledge of parent-child interaction and child development.
• Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the families.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to drive to home visits.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage of $15 per hour for 25 hours per week.
