As an Enhancement Crew Leader, you’ll combine fieldwork with leadership—ensuring high‑quality service, efficient workflow, and team success across our enhancement projects.

- Oversee daily landscaping operations
- Ensure quality control and project standards
- Train and supervise crew members
- Perform and guide tasks such as:
- Mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping
- Perennial bed maintenance
- Equipment operation and upkeep
- Maintain a safe, efficient worksite
- Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required)
- At least 20 years old
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience
- Familiarity with tools such as hand saws, pruners, mowers, weed eaters, and blowers
- Experience supervising a small team or crew
