About the Role

You will lead the General Merchandise merchandising and inbound/receiving operations in a fast‑moving, highly active environment. Responsibilities include planning daily workload, coaching team members, managing inventory accuracy, and ensuring the store is guest ready.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily/weekly workload to achieve sales goals and guest engagement, including merchandising, pricing, and display updates.
  • Educate your team on operational procedures that impact inventory, profitability, and product availability.
  • Lead the daily execution of receiving, restocking, organizing the backroom, and promotional sign‑ups.
  • Assist with inventory accuracy, merchandise set‑up, maintenance, and pricing across all store areas.
  • Assign daily tasks based on traffic patterns and business priorities.
  • Hold team members accountable to clear goals and expectations.
  • Collaborate with all teams and leaders to keep the store guest ready.
  • Support guest services such as back‑up cashier and digital fulfillment processes.
  • Model a safety and security culture, identifying hazards and reporting incidents.
  • Identify and address compliance needs, including adult beverage laws.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; age 18 or older.
  • Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to lead and hold others accountable.
  • Experience with handheld scanners, handheld technology, and handheld scanners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capacity to prioritize and manage workload in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and teammates.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
