Store Operations Specialist

Compensation: $/hour

• Lead and train teams in performing all freight functions, including unloading, processing, stocking, and resets.
• Perform cashier duties accurately while processing all transactions per policy.
• Maintain 5S standards (Sort, Straighten, Systematic Cleanup, Standardize and Sustain) in receiving areas.
• Unload, process, and stock freight to correct locations following merchandising guidelines.
• Report incidents timely and thoroughly in compliance with company policies.
• Perform store recovery tasks and housekeeping (inside and out) during stocking efforts.
• Train team on store freight processing and merchandising responsibilities.
• Operate all equipment safely according to directed procedures.
• Ensure a safe working and shopping environment while minimizing shrink and damages.
• Execute company directives, policies, and procedures accurately and thoroughly.

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. (team lift 100 lbs.).
• Strong customer focus with excellent service orientation.
• Clear communication with customers, team, and leadership.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently and within a team.
• Positive attitude, urgency, and thorough execution of tasks.
• Flexible to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with business demands.
