Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers by helping them, using in-depth product knowledge, maintaining high brand and execution standards, and prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price change policies, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote company programs (e.g., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private‑label credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customers) feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer‑focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15–35 lbs repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking; willing to work at heights greater than 4 feet using a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 continuous hours).
