Job Description

We are looking for an entry level Account Manager to be part of our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Digital Marketing Services. Their primary focus will be sales and service for our digital marketing services (web design, development, SEO, content management, etc), ensuring customer projects are communicated and completed to their satisfaction. It will be the Account Manager’s responsibility to maintain a relationship with our customers.

Secondarily they will be responsible for performing the digital marketing and content creation for ISOCNET with supervision and guidance.

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Pay: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

Ability to commute/relocate: Florence, KY 41042:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Duties
  • Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Manage Digital Marketing for ISOCNET, including reporting, content creation, postings, social media presence and email campaigns.
  • Complete tasks directed by supervisor
Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proven track record in sales or account management
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A degree in marketing or digital marketing a plus but not required
