Location: Florence, OR
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Hours: Daily schedule to be determined

Greentrees Village is looking for a friendly, dependable On-Site Member Services Representative to assist residents and support the day-to-day operations of the community. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly.

Serve as a point of contact for residents, answering questions and helping direct requests to the appropriate person.

Assist with resident concerns, complaints, and general service requests.

Work with the maintenance team to communicate requests and help coordinate follow-up.

Accept payments and assist with basic office and administrative duties.

Issue and manage resident access items, including fobs, transponders, and card keys.

Assist with committee communications, meetings, and other community activities.

Maintain accurate records and help ensure resident requests are followed through.

Provide general support to the on-site management team as needed.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

A friendly, professional approach when working with residents and coworkers.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable using computers and learning office software.

Able to manage multiple requests and follow through on tasks.

Reliable, dependable, and willing to help where needed.

Previous customer service, office administration, or community management experience is helpful.

This is a part-time, on-site position in Florence, Oregon, working 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Daily hours will be determined.
