Peace Harbor Medical Center, located in Florence, Oregon is hiring a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician. We are a mission-based health care system, and our team of professionals are Emergency Medicine boarded physicians supporting the community of Florence, Oregon and tourists that visit the Oregon coast. Work in a collaborative, supportive environment that emphasizes safe and compassionate care.
Practice Highlights:
- Single physician coverage at night with dual physician and/or APP coverage during peak hours
- 126 shifts/year of 12.5 hour shifts shift differential for mid and night shifts
- ED volumes 12,000+/year
- Access and capabilities of a larger hospital and transfer center
- Lab, Radiology, and Respiratory Therapy services available 24/7
- Hospitalist, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, OB/GYN and CRNA available 24/7
- Level III Trauma Center
- J-1 sponsorship available

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate care to patients, their families and visitors to the Emergency Department. Florence, Oregon is a tourist community, peak seasons are spring, summer and fall. 10% of total visits are pediatric patients.
