Job Overview:
Locum Pediatrician | Florence, Oregon
Critical access, level III hospital is seeking an immediate Board Certified Pediatrician or Family Practice physician to cover inpatient gaps.
Role Details- - Setting: 21-bed inpatient facility; working solo with tele-neonatology support.
- - Patient Volume:
Average of 1 patient per day and 6-7 births per month.
- - Shifts:
24-hour call shifts. - - Expectations:
Anticipated callback 1-2 nights per week. - - Structure: 4 hours gratis included; 1.25x for OT; 1.5x for Holidays.
- - Procedures:
Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP Certification required). - - EMR: EPIC.
- - Experience:
Must provide case logs or quality profiles from the last 24 months demonstrating inpatient/outpatient pediatric services.
- - Oregon License:
Facility is willing to license! - - Timeline: ASAP
