Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Location: Florence, OR
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (08:00 - 18:00)
Job Responsibilities and Required/Preferred Skills:
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
Average daily patient load: 9-11 patients per day, depending on schedule and census.
Treat a variety of conditions including: ortho-general, total joints, acute/chronic pain, decreased balance, general neurology, general medical cases, upper extremity injuries, and cases requiring splinting.
Work primarily with Medicare and Managed Medicare patients, but all payer sources accepted.
Maintain productivity standards: 0.45 or higher for outpatient, 0.6 or higher if split between inpatient/outpatient.
May be required to float within scope to serve as Admission Coordinator or Rehab PPS Coordinator.
Required Qualifications:
Valid Oregon PT license.
BLS certification.
Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred; 1 year of Epic experience preferred.
First-time travelers accepted.
Weekend work:
Monday-Friday preferred; no on-call required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Acute care experience.
Experience in neurology and orthopedics settings.
Previous travel experience preferred.
