• Establishes, prepares, and maintains accurate records of inmate payroll.
• Assists in preparing and maintaining administrative logs, records and statistical reports.
• Enters employment notification ofinmates, termination of employment, deductions and withdrawals from accounts.
• Ensure inmates' medical/dental bills are satisfied before closing out accounts, prior to release or parole.
• Serves as back-up to the human resource liaison and serves as backup to the center's business manager.
• Performs other duties as directed.

A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
