Job Duties
  • Prepare and complete outgoing paperwork, tickets, packing lists, and invoices
  • Order parts and supplies as needed
  • Complete incoming paperwork and track parts
  • Perform light HR duties including managing employee benefits, timekeeping, and payroll entry
  • Maintain basic accounting knowledge and use Quick Books Desktop or Quick Books Online
  • Communicate clearly with customers and vendors
  • Receive and enter vendor bills, record customer payments, and create deposits
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • 2‑3 years of prior Office Manager experience
  • Experience with administrative and operational paperwork, including invoices, packing lists, tickets, and parts tracking
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting, including Quick Books (Desktop or Online), vendor bills, customer payments, and deposits
  • Ability to support light HR and payroll functions such as time tracking, payroll entry, and benefits administration
  • Strong communication skills with customers and vendors, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows systems
