Francis Marion University invites applications for a Graphic Designer who, under limited supervision, will execute assigned graphic design projects for print, web, video and other media formats.
The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of graphic design principles, typography and layout, a demonstrated ability to create vibrant and appropriate design works at many levels of sophistication, proven ability to work independently and as a team member in a dynamic environment and demonstrated ability to manage projects simultaneously.
The successful candidate should have a strong understanding and mastery of, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), and an understanding of Google Drive and Dropbox. The designer must also exhibit a willingness to learn and embrace new technologies/resources independent of assigned instruction; strong oral and written communication skills; and the ability to work collegially and collaboratively.

A high school diploma and experience in graphics.

Working Hours:
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. Summer hours will vary.
