General description of the role as provided:
Responsible for curriculum development and delivery of both theoretical and hands-on instruction, including supervision of clinical rotations, classroom management, and completion of administrative tasks such as reporting, syllabus creation, and lesson plan development.

Oversee student progress, ensuring alignment with course/program learning outcomes. Prepare and maintain up-to-date course syllabi for all courses taught. Willingness to work within a flexible teaching schedule and at varied sites including distance learning format if needed. Ensure that courses are taught in accordance with established syllabus. Ensure all courses adhere to the established syllabus and recommend necessary instructional materials and laboratory/facilities equipment for course effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess High School diploma.
• Must be an active Certified Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist with at least 5 years experience in retail and clinical pharmacy settings.
• Prior instructional experience required.
• Applicant must submit current resume and proof of previous teaching experience.
• A minimum 5 years working as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Pharmacist in a clinical and retail pharmacy setting preferred.
• 2+ years of instructional experience preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and D2L (learning management system).
