Job OverviewArmstrong Wealth Management Group has been serving clients for 29 years and now seeks an additional Financial Representative to join a team of three financial advisors and four support professionals. With an expanding book of business, this role will help ensure clients receive the support they need.
Responsibilities- Customer Service:
Handle all client relationship functions, provide exceptional service via incoming calls, direct client transactions, prepare reports and forms, respond to emails, and proactively outreach. - Book Maintenance:
Maintain a book of 120,000+ client accounts operationally and compliantly, ensuring a high-quality client experience through proactive check‑ins and outreach. - Financial Planning:
Collect and analyze client data, develop and implement appropriate solutions, and review and maintain those solutions on an ongoing basis, covering core concepts such as education, tax, estate, insurance, and investment allocation. - Investment Solutions:
Offer a wide range of investment accounts and strategies, and field client questions with a detailed understanding of account types and investment markets. - Consultative Sales:
Meet goals in asset investment, wallet‑share consolidation, and relationship deepening, while positioning financial plans and investment solutions appropriately for clients. - Business Partnership:
Facilitate inter‑departmental communication and coordination to ensure a smooth client experience and integrate new practices and partnerships. - Risk Mitigation:
Maintain compliance, assess and mitigate risk through regular book and client analysis, and prevent fraud through security checks and client conversations.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree
- Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66 (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
- 5+ years of direct client experience within the financial‑services industry
- Life & Health or CFP preferred
- Excellent telephone service/relationship management skills
- Prior financial tele‑sales, trading, or call‑center experience
- Previous experience as a financial advisor or delivering advice to retail clients
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, investment markets, and account types
- Excellent communication, listening, and business‑writing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑starter, and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment
- High integrity, detail orientation, and risk‑evaluation capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web‑based applications
- Ability to assist customers in a call‑center environment while accessing data via multiple PC lookup applications; strong PC and data input skills
$56,250 – $93,750 per year, with base salary based on skill, experience, education, and location. Eligible for sales incentive compensation and a competitive total‑reward package (401(k) matching, health benefits, employee stock options, PTO, volunteer time off, etc.).
