Job Title: Tax / Payroll Support
Location: Florence, SC (Onsite 3 days/wk, 2 days remote)
Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire
Project Details:
- Team of professionals focused on payroll processing and payroll issue resolution. A strong background in managing the day-to-day processing and compliance focus of the Indian Employment Credit, New York Youth Works, and New York Minimum Wage credits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inputting data in Excel
- Processing incoming payroll
- Building a CSV or payroll file
- Activating payroll for clients
- Ensuring compliance with tax filing and tax credits
Must Haves:
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Experience interacting with stakeholders, leaders, or external clients (high level of professionalism)
- Tax, tax credit, or payroll industry experience
- Experience providing service or support via phone, chat, and email
