Position Summary:

The Esthetician provides high quality services for clients such as facials, sugaring, waxing, body treatments, and brow & lash services.

• Ensures outstanding customer service at all times.
• Maintains a friendly, professional, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Performs a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, acne treatment, skin exfoliation and peels, spray tanning, hair removal, and makeup application.
• Provides hair removal services through waxing and sugaring.
• Maintains a sanitary and organized workspace.
• Communicates effectively with clients to understand skincare concerns and goals.
• Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding appointments and client concerns in a timely fashion.
• Resolves client issues, complaints, and problems quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell products and services.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of product ingredients, benefits, and potential side effects for informed recommendations.
• Completes cash transactions and maintains full responsibility for personal bank.
• Keeps state license and certifications current.

• 2+ years’ of esthetician experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a spa or resort setting preferred.
• State Board Esthetician License.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
