Clinical Educator – Inizio Engage

Inizio Engage, a partner of a leading biotechnology company, is seeking a Clinical Educator to deliver educational support to patients and healthcare professionals in the self-administered infusion therapy program.

• Provide educational support to patients on infusion technique for approved medication and ongoing adherence support.
• Deliver disease state and product education to healthcare professionals as agreed with the client and account manager.
• Present educational programs tailored to each office.
• Collaborate with the client sales force to remove access barriers for patients.
• Report status of patient education to healthcare professionals.
• Use only approved materials provided by Inizio or the client, without modification.
• Complete all required training and competency assessments.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers.
• Generate new partnership opportunities through innovative approaches.
• Maintain accurate administrative records – daily updates, weekly activity reports, monthly expense reports.
• Maintain professional registration/licenses as required.
• Attend local and national meetings/conferences to stay current.
• Maintain all company equipment and materials per instructions.
• Comply with Inizio and client policies and procedures.
• Be contactable during working hours for queries.
• Maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Perform additional duties as requested.

• Qualified registered nurse with current state licensing.
• Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s, BSN or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in disease state (Allergy‑Immunology preferred).
• Experience as clinical educator or in pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Product education knowledge (MOA, infusion training, wastage, handling, dose modification).
• Effective professional communication skills.
• Ability to present to physicians and office staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Self‑starter with high motivation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
• Willingness to travel in assigned territory.
