Job Summary We are seeking a professional and caring Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

Assisting in supplementing, enhancing, and extending occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR).

Completing tasks related to assessment, intervention, treatment, and activities to enhance motor, sensory, self-regulatory, feeding, and other functional abilities.

Conducts therapy practice within defined standards of care and Gathering information about the patient's health, goals, environment, and support system.

Implementing treatment plans and helping patients perform therapeutic activities.

Communicate effectively with other professional and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Providing feedback to the OTR on the client's progress during treatment.

Qualifications

Must have current Occupational therapy Assistant license

Communication skills. Occupational therapy Assistant must clearly explain treatment programs, motivate patients, and listen to patients' concerns in order to provide effective therapy.
