Work as a Workers' Compensation Paralegal in our Workers' Compensation department. You will assist in all phases of the workers’ comp process and apply your knowledge of South Carolina Workers’ Comp laws. Superior client/customer service skills are a must.

• Handling all aspects of workers’ compensation cases from initial client intake through resolution and disbursement
• Draft pleadings and motions
• Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc.)
• Keep track of and adhere to filing deadlines
• Interact with clients and opposing counsel as necessary
• Assist attorneys in preparation for hearings
• Gather relevant information from a variety of sources
• Request medical records and bills

• Proven working experience as a workers' compensation paralegal
• Work well in a team environment
• Highly organized
• Effective at multi‑tasking and prioritizing assignments
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year, dependent on experience.
