We are seeking attorneys to join our Litigation team in Florence. Remote/hybrid options will be considered after training/integration with the team.
Ideal candidates will have 1‑5 years of practice experience. Our associates receive hands‑on experience in all phases of civil litigation from case inception to trial, as well as direct client contact. We offer competitive compensation with monthly bonus opportunities. Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina, or have pending South Carolina bar exam results.

- Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
- Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
- Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports.
- Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary.
- Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.

Qualifications- Education: Juris Doctorate or better.
- Experience: 1‑5 years of civil litigation practice.
