Utility Operator

About the Role

The Utility Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently supporting daily plant operations through general maintenance, mobile equipment operation, and material handling activities. This hands‑on role ensures plant reliability and smooth operation while maintaining strict adherence to safety and environmental standards.

• Perform a variety of plant utility tasks, including grounds maintenance, warehouse upkeep, and yard organization.
• Operate mobile equipment and perform general preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Assist with unloading materials and supporting production processes as required.
• Support mechanical maintenance and basic troubleshooting tasks across equipment and systems.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Demonstrate proactive participation in safety programs and team safety meetings.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
