The Machine Operator ensures safe, efficient production and identifies opportunities to improve service delivery. The role maintains equipment, participates in meetings, plans maintenance, operates equipment, conducts investigations, and drives continuous improvement.

• Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities for a designated location.
• Maintain equipment according to procedures and report problems.
• Operate equipment according to procedures, competency levels, and job requirement.
• Identify opportunities to improve the service delivery process.
• Participate in failure investigations when relevant.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

• 1-3 years operating Injection Molding Machines.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication with management and peers.
• Basic computer skills: email, online certifications, and tests.
• Proactive issue identification and resolution, directing issues to appropriate teams.
