About the RN Manager, Operating Room Position:

This is a highly autonomous role that will focus on the daily operations of the department. You will also provide mentoring to your staff, ensure collaborative and positive physician relationships, create and implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and should be able to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels.

Qualifications & Requirements for RN Manager, Operating Room:

• BSN required (Master's preferred)
• RN active license required
• CNOR is a plus
• Minimum two (2) years of progressive surgical services leadership experience at Supervisor/Coordinator/Assistant Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services setting
• Minimum five (5) years of hospital based main operating room nursing experience
• INSPIRATIONAL and COLLABORATIVE leadership style that other nurses gravitate toward and want to follow
• Strong focus on quality, patient safety and collaborating across all levels to ensure and obtain the best patient outcomes
