Direct Hire Nurse Manager Role $100,000 to $120,000 per year in Florence, South Carolina

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY (not contract).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees the clinical nursing team while managing both clinical and administrative duties
• Facilitates and directs patient care services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care
• Initiates and participates in quality assessment and improvement programs, monitors performance, and maintains a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Creates and maintains a work environment conducive to effective communication, collaboration, teambuilding and nursing professionalism
• Encourage and maintain a team culture that encourages and rewards excellence in patient care.

Key Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in South Carolina
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required, Bachelor's of Science (BSN) preferred
• Recent supervisory or leadership experience within a clinical setting
• A minimum of two (2) years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) in an inpatient rehab setting
• CRRN certification preferred. Must obtain certification if hired within 12 months of meeting eligibility requirements
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification

Compensation and Schedule:

• Salary range beginning at $100K but can be significantly more based on years of experience and education
• $10,000 sign-on bonus!
• Strong benefits that start on Day 1!
• Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
