• End Date: March 2, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night shifts, 3x12-hour (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), holiday rotation included
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1570-$1680
• Patient Ratio: 1:2
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Float Requirement: Yes, within scope and similar units
• Charting System: Epic
• Scrub Color: Royal Blue
• Parking: Free onsite parking

• Active South Carolina RN license or Compact RN license (must be valid before start date)
• Minimum 1 year of recent CVICU nursing experience (2 years preferred)
• Cardiac and neuro nursing experience required
• Travel nursing experience required
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• Ability to float to similar units as needed
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
• Not accepting local travelers (must reside outside 60-mile radius of Florence, SC)
• First-time travel nurses not accepted

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor and manage patients with complex cardiac and neuro conditions
• Perform and assist with specialized procedures: arterial line management, chest tube insertion/removal, central line care, ECMO, IABP, Impella, CRRT, Swan Ganz, cardiac output monitoring
• Administer emergency medications and titrate cardiac/vasoactive drips
• Interpret arterial blood gases and dysrhythmias
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including respiratory therapy and phlebotomy
• Maintain infection prevention protocols and isolation precautions
• Float to similar units as required to support hospital needs
• Participate in holiday and weekend rotations
