About the Position
Position / Specialty: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
Shift: 4x10s, Days (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Operating Rooms: 12
On-Call Requirement:
- Yes
- Two-star call until 11:00 PM weekly
- Call every 3rd to 4th weekend
Weekend Requirement:
- Every 3rd to 4th weekend
Floating:
- No floating between service lines
- No floating to sister facilities
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of acute care OR experience
- Must be well-rounded with strong experience in:
- General Surgery
- Neurosurgery
- Orthopedics
- ENT
- GYN
Travel Experience:
- Not required
- First-time travelers accepted if they have a broad scope of specialty competency
Licensure:
- Active South Carolina RN license or Compact/Multi-State license
Certifications:
- Required: BLS
- Preferred certifications will be considered
Trauma Level:
- Level III Trauma Center
