What You'll Need- Current South Carolina RN License
- BCLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of nursing supervisory experience
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Review shift reports and monitor resident conditions
- Respond to acute changes (assess, notify MD, coordinate transport, notify family)
- Conduct daily rounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality care
- Oversee documentation accuracy (care plans, charting, change of condition)
- Follow up on labs, consultant reports, and physician orders
- Assist with admissions and physician rounds
- Promote resident rights and maintain regulatory compliance
