About the Position Position/Specialty:
Med Surg RN

Shift: 4x12s, Nights 7p-7:30a Ratios: 1:6-7; staffing plan supports 1:6 normal ratios but may flex to 1:7 if there is an unplanned absence. Weekend Requirement:
Yes, every other weekend. On-call Requirement:
Yes, as needed for low census. Floating Requirement:
Yes, within scope to meet facility needs.

Skills Required:

- Med/Surg - MS/Tele
- Telemetry
- Insulin
- Rapid Response Patient Diagnoses:

- All typical adult med surg diagnoses including diabetes, renal disease, hypertension, coronary artery disease, stroke, chest pain, and altered mental status. Additional Information:

- Staffing plan supports 1:6 normal ratios.

- Unit has a general medical surgical setup.

- All patients eligible for telemetry monitoring.

- Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, and pharmacy.

- Special procedures and equipment include telemedicine. Additional Notes:

- RTO restrictions apply.

- Candidates must complete all compliance requirements before the proposed start date.

- Return to office and other compliance procedures as needed.
