Pre-Admission Testing Provider

Serve in a perioperative role conducting comprehensive preoperative evaluations to optimize medical readiness and patient safety prior to surgery. Responsibilities include performing patient assessments, reviewing medical history, identifying potential medical risks, and supporting risk management. Educate patients on perioperative expectations and help ensure compliance with medical guidance. Coordinate closely with surgical and anesthesia teams to support safe perioperative care, and assist with referrals and perioperative team learning.

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• South Carolina licensure or eligibility to practice
• Strong clinical assessment skills and risk identification/management abilities
• Excellent patient education and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with surgical and anesthesia teams
• Experience supporting referrals and contributing to team learning
