Veterinary Client Service Representative

Hewitt Animal Hospital, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is seeking a full‑time Veterinary Client Service Representative based in Florence, SC. We provide primary and emergency care services for dogs and cats across Florence, Darlington, Timmonsville, and surrounding areas. Our mission is to practice the highest quality medicine and surgery with compassion and an emphasis on client education.

Role Summary

You will serve as the first point of contact for clients and patients, performing a range of front‑desk and clinical support duties in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments
  • Greet clients and patients
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Process transactions
  • Handle medication refills
  • Provide client education
  • Maintain cleanliness of the hospital
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Computer experience required
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional and respectful communication with staff and clients
Experience & Skills Requirements

Preferred candidates have experience in veterinary, veterinary assistant, animal care, or pet hospital settings and are willing to cross‑train as Receptionist and Veterinary Assistant.

Compensation
