Hewitt Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join us as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.
Role ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a full‑time client care representative to join our outstanding team! Must be able to perform under pressure, in a fast‑paced environment and work well independently as well as on a team. Attention to detail is a must.
- Schedule appointments
- Greeting clients and patients
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Process transactions
- Medication refill
- Client education
- Maintaining cleanliness of hospital
Skills and Abilities
- Computer experience is required
- Ability to multi‑task and be proactive
- Ability to triage, prioritize and possess excellent time‑management skills.
- Close attention to detail is crucial
- Ability to communicate with staff and clients in a professional and respectful manner
Job seekers with vet, veterinary assistant, animal care or pet hospital experience would be a good candidate for this role. Must be willing to cross‑train as both Receptionists and Veterinary Assistant.

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $15 – $18 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
