Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional image and exhibit excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
- Assist in maintaining a quiet, safe environment at the Medical Center.
- Ensure that the area (post) assigned is secure.
- Investigate crime and traffic accidents.
- Provide assistance for patients, visitors, and staff as requested.
- Perform specialty duties as assigned.
- Supervise and maintain traffic flow at the loading dock.
- Schedule dock time for special events.
- Maintain a log of all vehicles coming into and out of the loading dock on a daily basis.
- Provide escort of Administrative staff to a designated location in a safe and timely manner.
- Monitor and review playback of the Health & Fitness Center camera system.
- Work Schedule:
80 hours bi‑weekly. - Must be able to complete SLED firearms qualification prior to employment.
- Must pass the MRMC Psychological Evaluation prior to employment.
- Must complete a ½ mile run prior to employment.
- Must maintain annual SLED firearms certification.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
